Abel Hernandez
General Manager
Abel Hernandez serves as General Manager of Jordan Family Dispensary and is responsible for leading the company’s development efforts. His responsibilities include business planning, operational development, strategic growth initiatives, and preparing the organization for future operations.
Jordan Family Properties

Jordan Family Properties is the real estate investment division of Jordan Family Investment Group. The company is being developed to pursue strategic residential and commercial real estate opportunities that align with our long-term investment philosophy and commitment to responsible stewardship.
The vision for Jordan Family Properties is to acquire, own, and hold quality real estate assets that generate sustainable value while positively contributing to the communities in which we invest.
As the portfolio grows, qualified property management professionals will be selected to oversee the daily operations of individual properties, ensuring tenants receive professional service and well-maintained housing.

Development Oversight
Heath Jordan
President & Chief Operating Officer – Jordan Family Investment Group
Heath Jordan oversees the development and strategic planning of Jordan Family Properties. His responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, establishing acquisition criteria, researching markets, and developing the operational framework necessary to support future growth.
Once properties are acquired, dedicated property management professionals will be appointed to manage day-to-day operations and tenant relations.
