Jordan Family Properties serves as the real estate investment division of Jordan Family Investment Group. The purpose of this company is to identify and pursue strategic residential and commercial real estate opportunities that align with our long‑term investment philosophy and commitment to responsible stewardship.
Our vision is to acquire, own, and hold high‑quality real estate assets that generate sustainable value while positively contributing to the communities in which we invest.
As our portfolio expands, qualified property management professionals will be selected to oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring tenants receive professional service and well‑maintained housing.
Our approach to real estate investing emphasizes long‑term ownership, financial responsibility, and the creation of lasting value rather than short‑term gains.

Development Oversight
Heath Jordan

Heath Jordan oversees the development and strategic planning of Jordan Family Properties. His responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, establishing acquisition criteria, researching markets, and developing the operational framework necessary to support future growth. All strategic decisions and investment actions are executed with final approval from the Managing Member & Chief Investment Officer.
Once properties are acquired, dedicated property management professionals will be appointed to manage day‑to‑day operations and tenant relations.

HDJ Digital Solutions is a branding, marketing, and technology services company founded by Heath Jordan and operating as part of the Jordan Family Investment Group portfolio. Since its launch on July 1, 2026, HDJ Digital Solutions has been dedicated to helping businesses, nonprofits, churches, and entrepreneurs build strong brands, establish professional digital presences, and leverage technology to achieve their goals.

Heath Jordan
Chief Creative & Technology Officer
Heath Jordan launched HDJ Digital Solutions on July 1, 2026, with a vision of helping businesses leverage branding, marketing, technology, and cybersecurity to achieve their goals. Combining creative thinking with technical expertise, Heath helps organizations build strong brands, establish professional digital experiences, and implement technology solutions that support growth and efficiency.
With more than four years of creative experience and two years of professional IT experience, Heath works across website development, branding, digital marketing, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cybersecurity, and business technology consulting. His passion for technology began at an early age, having grown up in a family deeply rooted in the IT industry.
Heath’s father, Peter Jordan, brings more than 30 years of IT experience and has spent countless hours mentoring and teaching Heath throughout the years. That foundation, combined with hands-on experience, has helped shape Heath’s approach to technology, problem-solving, and business leadership.
One of HDJ Digital Solutions’ largest clients is Cross & Dot, where Heath serves as Manager of Internal Technology & Branding. For more than a year, he has partnered with the organization as a contractor, helping oversee technology systems, branding initiatives, digital operations, and business solutions that support continued growth.
Through HDJ Digital Solutions, Heath is committed to helping businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs build stronger brands, implement smarter technology solutions, and position themselves for long-term success.

Jordan Family Investment Group was founded by Peter Jordan, Kim Jordan, and Heath Jordan with a shared vision of building a lasting legacy rooted in faith, stewardship, and service.
